Yeah, yeah. I know that I haven't done this in a long while. It's so easy to fall out of the habit of working out. I had a stretch of about two weeks where I was working 12 hour days and weekends...and I didn't feel like doing squat. That broke my routine and I just never got back into it.
I finally kicked myself in the butt and started, again. I feel a lot better getting up and moving. Granted, I'm horribly out of shape and after half an hour I'm ready to stop but I'll get better. It's just going to take baby steps.
