My copy of Wii My Fitness Coach finally arrived, today. I've been looking forward to this because I really, really need to get some exercise. Yeah, yeah. I know. I could just...you know...get out and run or walk. But, I'm being completely honest with myself here. Am I likely to go outside and exercise when it's hot or rainy or cold? Nope. Am I going to go to a gym? Nope. Am I going to keep going with the same video workout day after day? Nope.
I will, however, play games. So, even though this is really a fitness workout, I'm hoping that I can kinda-sorta fool myself into keeping up the routine since I get to do it on the Wii. Plus, it boasts 450 different exercises. If it cycles through all of them and mixes it up, then I probably won't get bored with it the way I do with exercise videos.
I just have to stick to this! I can do it. I'm a lardass, but I can get better.
